HOW TO CALCULATE THE CORRECT MEASUREMENT OF YOUR MATTRESS ?

To calculate the length of your mattress, measure the inside of your tipper with closed doors, then take away 30cm. That being, for a tipper measuring 6,80m, order a 6,50m mattress.

ADVANTAGE OF A LARGE MATTRESS

A mattress covering the total surface of a tipper has the advantage of protecting the whole length of the tipper from any shocks during filling. The composition of the foam and tarpaulin generate a non-stick effect on the total surface of the tipper faciliting the flow of the potatoes, therefore there are less shocks while unloading.

ANTI-SHOCK

The thickness of the mattress protects the potatoes from shocks while loading and unloading.
The anti-adhesive mattress avoids having to raise the tipper too high, allowing unloading from the rear, and therefore limiting the speed of the flow of potatoes.

ANTI-ADHESION

No longer any need to scrape the bottom of the tipper thanks to the materials used during fabrication of the mattress, allowing complete anti-adhesion.

MEASUREMENTS

Mattresses over 4m are extended by a 0,50m tarpaulin which can be cut to precisely fit the leght of the tipper.

ACCESSORIES

  • Flat iron bar, 10 mm thick, 40 mm wide, 2m long with 4 holes positioned 10cm from the far edges, then every 60cm
  • Fixing : 4 rings to weld or screw on in the tipper (screw 12mm)
  • 4 shackles and 4 fixing brackets as well as a rubberized flap fixed directly on to the mattress.

STANDARD FIXING

A flat iron bar composed of 4 holes is slid into the front hem of the mattress. Simply attach the shackles to the rings (previously welded or srewed on the tipper). A rubber protection device (rubberized flap) is fixed directly onto the mattress.

When the mattress is not in use, lift up to dry the bottom of the tipper, stock it flat if possible.
